Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance, etc.)
- Configure system based on business requirements Manage HR data, workflows, and integrations
- Support system enhancements and upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
- Work with HR and IT teams for smooth operations
Required Skills
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge of HR processes and workflows Experience in Employee Central or other SF modules Basic understanding of integrations and data management
Preferred Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Certification Experience with multiple SF modules Exposure to SAP HCM / S/4HANA
Qualifications
BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY
