Experience

Range: 4 – 10 Yrs What we are looking for Must Have in Low-Code/No-Code platforms , especially Microsoft Power Platform . Assist in building chatbots and AI agents using Copilot and Azure Bot Services. Support data preparation, model training, and evaluation using Python, R, C# or Azure ML Studio. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of AI solutions. Proven experience in the BFSI domain , with strong knowledge of banking, insurance, or financial service processes.

Strong hands-on skills with: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) Power BI (Data modeling and visualization) Experience with connectors, custom connectors, and integration with enterprise BFSI systems. Working knowledge of data governance, compliance (e.g., RBI, GDPR), and role-based access control .
