Qualifications

Essential Strong experience supporting enterprise and industrial IT infrastructure in operational or critical environments. Hands‑on experience with networking, servers, virtualisation, firewalls, and endpoint platforms. Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with IT/OT integration and operating in safety‑critical environments.

Desirable Experience in refinery, oil & gas, utilities, or heavy industrial environments. Exposure to OT systems, control networks, or industrial applications. Relevant certifications (Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, cyber/security platforms).
