Key Responsibilities

Dynatrace Implementation & Administration Install, configure, and manage Dynatrace (Managed/SaaS environments). Deploy and maintain OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Cluster nodes. Ensure high availability, scalability, and platform health. Davis AI & Intelligent Observability (Core Focus) Leverage Dynatrace Davis AI for automatic problem detection and root cause analysis. Configure AI-driven baselining, anomaly detection, and event correlation.

Fine-tune problem detection settings and alerting profiles using Davis AI insights. Utilize causal AI capabilities to identify service dependencies and performance bottlenecks. Implement noise reduction strategies by leveraging Davis AI’s intelligent alert suppression. Analyze Smartscape topology and Davis problem cards for faster troubleshooting. Enable proactive monitoring through predictive insights and anomaly detection.

Collaborate with teams to translate AI insights into actionable remediation steps. Monitoring & Observability Set up end-to-end monitoring across applications, infrastructure, and user experience. Configure custom dashboards, SLAs/SLOs, alerts, and reports. Enable Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring. Monitor microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. Development & Customization Develop custom Dynatrace extensions/plugins.

Utilize Dynatrace APIs for automation and integrations. Create custom events, metrics, and service detection rules. Automate workflows using Python, Shell, or PowerShell. </ul
