Role-Looker Developer / Lead Experience - 4 to 15 years Location - PAN INDIA JD Required Technical Skill Set

• Strong proficiency in LookML for developing and maintaining models, views, explores, dimensions, and measures.
• Ability to map database schemas to LookML and build scalable semantic layers.
• Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries used within Looker for data validation and model development.
• Experience designing dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports in Looker with best‑practice UX and data storytelling.
• Understanding of Looker’s interface, including the IDE, LookML Validator, SQL Runner, and project configuration.
• Skills in tuning LookML models, optimizing queries, managing PDTs, and improving dashboard load times.
• Ability to work with engineers, business analysts, product owners, and end‑users to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Skills in debugging LookML code, resolving model issues, validating data, and performing UAT cycles.

Ability to support platform administration tasks

• user/role setup, content governance, Git integration, and system configuration.
• Understanding of deployment workflows and supporting Looker as an enterprise BI platform. </div
