Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Salesforce CRM
• Service Cloud (case management, customer service)
• Understanding of:
• Data model & integrations
• APIs & middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Workflows, flows, and automation
• Product Ownership & Agile Skills
• Backlog management & prioritization
• Writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience with SAFe / Agile frameworks
• Ability to balance business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
• Nice-to-Have
• SQL knowledge

Utility experience Salary Range

• $180,000- $200,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
