ServiceNow Discovery Admin

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Discovery Administrator to join our Service Asset and Configuration team.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery Pattern Development: Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, sensors, and credentials to ensure accurate and complete discovery of IT assets.

Integration with Other Modules

Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with other ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM. . Collaborate with various IT teams to maintain an up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that supports IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and business operations . Understand Service Mapping and able to Troubleshoot issues related to Tag-Based and other Service Mapping types. Ensures that horizontal discovery and service mapping products are highly available , reliable, and performant.

Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal discovery requirements.
