Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate should have strong functional and/or technical expertise in SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules
• Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration
• Work on employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire)
• Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR digital transformation
• Provide post go-live support and issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and process flows

Required Skills

Strong experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central (EC) Recruitment (RCM/RMK) Performance & Goals (PMGM) Learning Management System (LMS) Compensation & Variable Pay Onboarding / Succession & Development Knowledge of: SAP HCM and SuccessFactors architecture Business process workflows and HR processes Experience with: SuccessFactors configuration and provisioning Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Reports & Analytics (ORD, Adhoc, People Analytics)

Preferred Skills

Experience with: Integration tools (SAP CPI/Integration Center) Data migration tools Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules Exposure to: Employee Central Payroll (ECP) SAP S/4HANA integration Familiarity with Agile methodologies
