Job Requirements
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations. Strong experience in IT S M module implementation and customization. Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM capabilities. Hands-on experience in developing Service Catalogs , Workflows, Record Producers, and Knowledge Management solutions. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices. </p
