Due Diligence Lead

Job description

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll transition, processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred)
• Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is an added advantage
• LATAM/NAM/EU payroll transition experience
• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
• Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills, ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
• Strong critical thinking skillsStrong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
