Desired Competencies

Must-Have Skills End-to-End SAP CO implementation experience. Strong SAP CO integration knowledge with PP, FI, MM, and SD modules.

Hands-on experience in: Cost Element Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Activity-Based Costing (ABC) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Experience in SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and tools. Good-to-Have Skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Basic understanding of ABAP. Experience in effort estimation, incident management, and change management. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and deploy SAP CO solutions aligned with business objectives. Configure SAP CO processes and support integration with PP, FI, MM, and SD modules. Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and support engagements. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Perform application configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. Analyze and resolve moderately complex business and system issues. Support change requests, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Provide process and functional expertise in SAP Controlling. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve project goals. </div
