JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Planning: Initiating and setting goals for programs in line with organizational objectives.

Program Implementation

Planning and managing the full life cycle of programs, including creating detailed implementation plans and schedules.

Budget & Resource Management

Developing budgets, controlling costs, and allocating resources across projects.

Staff Leadership

Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising program managers and staff.

Performance Monitoring

Developing evaluation strategies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Stakeholder Communication

Reporting detailed status updates to senior leadership and managing relationships with external partners.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensuring all operations adhere to legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards Experience: Proven experience as a program director or senior management role.

Minimum 15+ years of experience Skills

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
