Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Manage and oversee production support and operational activities for enterprise applications. Work closely with customer and make sure all escalations are taken care Coordinate and handle critical incidents (P1/P2), ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders. Work with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, especially on GCP.

Drive improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational processes. Act as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and compliance requirements. Plan and manage routine maintenance activities with minimal or no downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, and business units

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in technical project management or IT operations/support. exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud environments. Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies Experience with monitoring and observability tools. Basic understanding of enterprise systems integration Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage global teams and cross-functional collaboration.
