ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SPM (PPM) solutions including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management modules. Configure and customize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) components such as project planning, task management, and governance workflows. Develop and enhance Demand Management processes including intake, assessment, prioritization, and approval workflows. Configure Resource Management for capacity planning, allocation, and utilization tracking.

Implement and maintain Agile Development / Hybrid Project Management integrations within SPM. Create and maintain Financial Management capabilities including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting. Develop business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows . Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external systems (ERP tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs.
