Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD module including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Pricing. Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) business processes. Work on master data setup such as Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, and Output determination. Handle SD integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules. Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 6 years of SAP SD functional experience. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and support. Strong understanding of pricing procedures, billing, credit management, and shipping. Knowledge of SD integration with FI, MM, and CO. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
