Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HCM processes . Hands-on experience in at least one or more modules: Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting/Onboarding Performance & Goals Learning (LMS) Knowledge of: Business Rules and Workflows Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Data Models (XML configuration) Experience with integration tools
SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite APIs and middleware Familiarity with reporting tools (Story Reports, Analytics) . Understanding of HR business processes and best practices .
