HRO- Contract/Vendor Manager

Job description

The Contract Manager will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing contracts with clients to ensure compliance with organizational standards and commitments. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review: Examine client contracts thoroughly to identify obligations, risks, and opportunities.

Detail Analysis

Interpret complex clauses and ensure all finer details are understood and communicated clearly.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and project teams to align deliverables with contractual commitments.

Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Risk Mitigation

Identify potential risks in contracts and propose solutions to minimize exposure.

Client Communication

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding contractual matters, clarifying terms and resolving issues.

Performance Tracking

Monitor contract execution and track deliverables to ensure commitments are met.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce contractual risks.

Qualifications & Experience

5 to 15 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in contract management, legal review, or compliance. Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
