Senior Business Analyst (Finance Transformation)

Experience

5 years to 7 years Job Location: Pan India Shift: 24x7 Job Qualification:- B.com, M.com, MBA or equivalent Responsibilities :- Business Analysis & Requirements Management Engage with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Taxation, FP&A, Treasury, Risk, and Operations stakeholders to understand current-state processes and future-state requirements. Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather business requirements.

Define and document:- Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User Stories Process Flows Data Mapping Documents Gap Analysis Target Operating Models Facilitate requirement sign-offs and stakeholder alignment. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technology teams. Skills & Experience :- 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience. Strong Banking and Financial Services domain expertise.

Proven experience in:- Regulatory Reporting Taxation Financial Planning & Analysis Finance Transformation Programs Finance Process Optimization System Implementation Projects Application Knowledge: Axiom, QRM, PeopleSoft Finance, SAP Finance, ARM, AutoRek Analysis & Reporting Tools: SQL, Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau, Visio, JIRA, Confluence
