Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS)

• Proven expertise in: Work
• Plans Data Capture / Forms configuration Experience in conducting: Discovery and current-state assessments Gap analysis and solution design
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end forms solutions in Salesforce Experience in developing migration strategies and execution plans
• Strong understanding of: Field service operations Mobile workforce solutions Hands-on configuration and development experience within Salesforce platform
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills (especially with Business Analysts and business users)
• Ability to work across design, build, test, and deployment phases Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
