Role Summary – Team Leader - Total Rewards Leads a team of Associates and Senior Associates, overseeing daily operations, workload allocation, and SLA adherence. Ensures smooth handling of escalations, drives data quality initiatives, and partners with HR stakeholders to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR data management. Focuses on team development and continuous process improvement. Role Responsibilities –

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure SLA adherence for requests and transactions
• Manage escalations and provide expert guidance on complex HR data issues
• Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring audit reports are accurate and compliance requirements are met
• Liaise with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of issues
• Support team training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements
• Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Oversee salary structures, bonus schemes, pension plans, private medical insurance, and other benefits.
• Ensure all reward programs comply with UK employment laws and regulations
• Support the implementation and administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, pension plans, private medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
• Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits
• Prepare regular reports on rewards and benefits metrics
• Liaise with external providers of benefits and reward services to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues
• Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
• Assist in the implementation of new rewards initiatives, benchmarking exercises, and reward reviews. Qualifications & Competencies –
• Minimum 5-10 years’ work experience within Total Rewards, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
• Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
• Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
• MS Office & Excel Skills
• Strong people management and team coaching skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and data processes (SAP SuccessFactors expertise preferred)
• Proficiency in workflow tools (FreshService or ServiceNow)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive efficiency and identify opportunities for automation
