Job description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support the SAP SD module . Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing. Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions. Handle pricing, billing, and output determination . Ensure integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning) . Manage customer master data and sales documents . Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.

Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancements .

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP SD module Experience in order-to-cash cycle (OTC) Knowledge of pricing, billing, and shipping processes Understanding of sales document configuration Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and PP modules Basic SAP configuration (IMG) knowledge
