Must Have Competencies
- Salesforce Certified Architect (Application and System Architect Certification)
- Communication, Collaboration,Presentation skills, Complex problem solving skills
- Design Thinking Mindset
- Extensive Experience in Lightning Development and LWR sites.
- Strong in Developing JavaScript components, Strong in developing APEX classes & Trigger framework
- Demonstrate rationale of Low Code and Pro Code methodology.
- Proficient in Service Cloud Voice, New-gen Omni Channel and Digital Engagement (Chat, SMS, Voice, Whatsapp etc.) </p
