ITOM AIOPS Developer (Automation Developer)

Experience

Range: 6 to 10 Years Location: Pan India Must Have: ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps Expertise

• Strong experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and AIOps implementations.

Automation & Scripting

• Hands-on development experience using Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, o r JavaScript for operational automation and remediation.

Integrations & APIs

• Experience integrating monitoring and ITSM tools using REST APIs, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, and web services.

Monitoring & Event Correlation

• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, event management, alert correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis.

Good-to-Have

Cloud & DevOps Knowledge

• Experience with Azure/AWS, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure Automation & Observability

• Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Observability platforms. </div
