AWS migration engineer

Job description

Expertise in migrating workloads from on-premise to AWS using 7 R patterns.

• Expertise in Re-Host, Re-Platform migration execution
• Expertise in designing the target deployment architecture
• Experience in various AWS migration tools like AWS Migration Services/Cloud Endure/DMS/SCT/SMS - Defining cloud migration plan
• Expertise in Network and Security components within AWS - Designing & building AWS Cloud platform/application stack using Cloud Formation or Terraform
• Designing & Developing AWS Cloud Based Systems using cloud native tools
• In depth understanding of Cloud Architecture & ability to advice/work on end to end migration of application & database
• Designing and Developing Monitoring solutions using AWS native services
• Conversant with the best practices for Cloud security & Scalability, Should be well versed and knowledgeable on the pillars of Well Architected Framework
• Experience in migrating Databases from onprem to cloud AWS VMC Experience
