Job Title

Salesforce Transformation Lead Location: Singapore Role Purpose: Provide strategic and delivery leadership for ASB’s Salesforce CRM transformation aligned to CRM MOO objectives.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM transformation aligned to CRM MOO outcomes
• Translate enterprise CRM strategy into executable Salesforce delivery roadmaps
• Provide leadership across multiple cross-functional Salesforce squads
• Ensure adherence to ASB delivery framework, architecture and governance standards
• Coordinate tightly with programme leadership, enterprise architecture and integration teams
• Drive uplift of internal Salesforce capability through co-delivery and structured knowledge transfer Required Skills: Enterprise Salesforce transformation leadership Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expertise Programme-level delivery governance Executive and senior stakeholder engagement Experience in regulated financial services environments
