TCS HIRING FOR ServiceNow Sr. Service Architect (Asset & CMDB ) !! Location – New Delhi, Gurugram Exp – 8 to 15 Years Job Requirements:

• The role will be responsible for defining technology strategy, CMDB data model architecture, discovery architecture, data source integrations, HAM/SAM integrations, stakeholder engagement, and technical governance. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, automation, and enterprise-scale configuration management practices.
• Define and drive the enterprise CMDB technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
• Establish technical standards, governance models, and best practices for CMDB implementation and management.
• Provide architectural guidance for configuration management, discovery, integrations, and data governance initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and govern Discovery architecture and operational processes.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Establish standards for automated infrastructure and application discovery.
• Ensure accurate population and maintenance of CI relationships through automated discovery mechanisms. </p
