• Minimum
• 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts CPA, CA, CWA qualification is an added advantage Must Have Skills: 1) Good communication skills – Verbal and written 2) Good understanding of Record to Report
• Processes Good-to-Have Skills:
• Client/stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach
• Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
• MS Excel skills with experience in developing simple Macros or MS Access experience in working with

Job Responsibilities

• Team Leader would be for responsible for managing daily/recurring process deliverables
• All activities should be handled basis contractual SLAs agreed with the client. Turnaround time (TAT) and Accuracy being key SLAs
• Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliations
• Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation
• Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
• Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries
• Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
• Reviewing Journal Entries and passing complex

Journal Entries

• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Maintains Accounting Controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Preparation of schedules for book close for all balance sheet accounts
