Job description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes. Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs. Implement and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Configure and maintain

Sales Orders Deliveries Billing Pricing Procedures Shipping Processes Credit Management Output Determination Partner Determination Work with cross-functional teams involving MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM. Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production support.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related incidents and process issues. Conduct end-user training and prepare support documentation.
