MYSQL DBA Experience:4-10 Years Location : Mumbai Please find the job description

• Hands on – Setup , administer and support MySQL databases servers for Production , QA and Development.
• Hands on – Perform appropriate backup , restoration and upgrades of MySQL/Postgres instances.
• Monitor databases for performance, bottlenecks and other issues, identify and deploy solutions.
• Create / refine database complex queries, indexes, stored procedures & data mining.
• Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
• Experience in performance tuning and database monitoring tools.
• Provide 24x7 support. Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle etc is a plus.
• Proficient in performance tuning, database crash recovery and query optimization.
• Experience with MySQL Replication setup and administration, with both Master-Slave and Master-Master replication.
• Experience in MySQL Enterprise Audit, Enterprise Backup and Enterprise Monitoring tools
• Knowledge on MySQL INNODB and NDB cluster solutions. 1. Perl and Bash scripting 2. Maria DB and Percona Mysql Experience.5.
