TCS Inviting Application – React Developer EXP Range: 6 to 12 year Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Front‑End Engineering & Architecture

• Build and maintain enterprise‑grade React applications using React (Hooks) , TypeScript , React Router , Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Recoil , Styled Components/SCSS/Emotion , and Axios/Fetch
• Design component libraries , design system integrations , and micro‑frontend modules (Module Federation/Nx—good to have)
• Implement responsive, cross‑browser, and accessible UIs ( WCAG 2.1 AA ) with a strong focus on usability and consistency
• Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs; handle auth flows (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), pagination, caching, and error handling
• Collaborate with solution/enterprise architects to ensure the front‑end aligns with target architecture, security, and NFRs Quality, Performance & Security
• Enforce coding standards , code reviews, and automated checks (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode)

Optimize performance

code‑splitting , lazy loading , Suspense , memoization, virtualization, image optimization, and CSR/SSR/SSG trade‑offs

• Implement front‑end observability (web vitals, error tracking, logging, APM tracing) Champion secure coding practices (XSS/CSRF protection, content security policy, secure storage, dependency hygiene) and data privacy

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product owners, BAs, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Provide technical leadership to the UI team; mentor junior/mid developers on React and front‑end best practices
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and release management Support DevOps/Platform teams in CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion for front‑end apps BFSI Domain Alignment (If applicable) Build UIs for high‑throughput, low‑latency workflows with auditability , traceability , and strong authentication Incorporate data privacy , consent , and masking standards; handle PII safely
• Work on modules like Retail/Corporate Banking , Payments , Lending , Customer Onboarding , Trade/Wealth etc. </p
