Job description

Experience

• 12+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.

Core Function

• Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Work Models

• Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.

Platform Strategy & Governance

• Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).

Integration & AI Leadership

• Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.

Team Mentorship

• Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.

Technical Expertise

• Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.

Framework Knowledge

• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.

Enterprise Experience

• Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications

Certified Application Developer (CAD) Salary Range

• $110,000 - $140,000 a year #LI-CM2
