PLM Product Owner

Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter
• PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.
• Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
• Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities

Backlog & Strategy

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.

Process Improvement

• Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.

Agile Leadership

• Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.

System Ownership

• Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication

• Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications

• Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Working in a dynamic environment
• Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $160,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
