Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from stakeholders. Configure and customize Infor M3 modules based on business needs. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions. Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and configuration documentation. Support integrations between Infor M3 and other enterprise applications. Coordinate and execute system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
