• Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals
• Ability to map business problems to AI/GenAI solutions SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation Tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office)
• Act as key liaison between business stakeholders (trading, operations, compliance) and technology teams
• Drive deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and asset servicing
• Perform process analysis and identify optimization / automation opportunities across trade operations
• Support solution design and functional workflows in collaboration with architecture and development teams
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documentation in Agile environments
• Conduct data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for trade and transaction data
• Lead/support SIT/UAT testing, test case creation, and defect resolution
• Identify and implement GenAI use cases (documentation automation, trade exception analysis, insights generation)
• Collaborate with AI teams on prompt design, validation, and business alignment of AI outputs
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (financial regulations, messaging standards)
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance updates, and issue resolution Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
