Role:- Service Now Admin Experience Range:- 8 to 12 Yrs Location:- Bangalore Must Have:- Understand / Basic know-how of ITIL Process. Understand and Perform Client / Server level scripting. Able to demonstrate use cases of successful automation. Understand end to end knowhow of Service Now eBonding . Able to demonstrate use of Service Now Visualization and dashboard creation. Understand end to end Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management life cycles.
Able to work with the larger program team to building catalogs, improve CMDB, UI Experience enhancements. Able to demonstrate use cases of any third party API integration with Service Now.
