Hsinchu Overall responsibility for IT Infrastructure and End-User Computing (EUC) operations at ATI Hands-on expert, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient service delivery Implementation and enforcement of global IT standards, policies, and procedures within ATI Close alignment and regular coordination with global tower leads (Network, EUC, Server & Storage, Security) Operational governance, including service performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and continuous service improvement Budget planning, cost control, and contribution to investment and lifecycle planning for infrastructure and EUC services Acting as the primary escalation point for infrastructure- and EUC-related incidents, risks, and compliance topics Support of transformation initiatives, including standardization, automation, and modernization of infrastructure services Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations and/or End-User Computing (EUC), preferably in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in endpoint management, security controls, and Microsoft-based enterprise environments (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, identity services).
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities across EUC and infrastructure domains, including networking fundamentals and end-user productivity services.
• Good understanding of IT service management practices (Incident, Problem, Change) and working within SLA-driven environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment, acting as a key coordination point with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) to improve operational efficiency.
