Senior Migration Engineer – Microsoft 365 Work Location: London Role type: Permanent Mode of working: Hybrid The Role Senior Migration Engineer – Microsoft 365 will have end to end accountability for all phases of the M&A Process including discovery, remediation, and performing the actual migration(s). The Senior Migration Engineer is required to maintain the integrity of the Global Technology Services and International Brokerage IT architecture by ensuring all proposed Business/IT Change Projects comply with the overall architectural blueprint.

The role will work in our corporate division in direct collaboration with our division partners to promote a global perspective of the firm through information sharing and collaboration. The candidate will support the implementation of IT solutions that reflect business requirements and are aligned to the International Brokerage Business and Global Technology Services Strategy to enable business capability and reduce/manage the overall technical design debt.

The candidate will be expected to work effectively with key business stakeholders and the IT team, providing advice, communicating key decisions and ensuring IT solutions adhe re to appropriate architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

Demonstrable experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and G-Suite to Microsoft 365 migrations

• Strong hands-on expertise across all migration phases, including: Discovery and assessment Data cleanup and preparation Migration planning and testing Execution of migration Post-migration validation and support
• Proven experience using Quest On Demand Migration (mandatory / high proficiency required) Working knowledge of BitTitan MigrationWiz for non-standard migration scenarios (e.g., G-Suite to M365) (good to have) Experience with ShareGate for SharePoint/OneDrive migrations (good to have)
• Ability to troubleshoot migration issues and ensure minimal downtime or data loss
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
