Job description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software Time & Attendance implementation and support. Strong understanding of workforce management processes and timekeeping systems.

Hands-on experience with: Workforce Software Suite (WFS) Time and Attendance Scheduling Accrual Management Absence Management Labor Compliance Experience integrating Workforce Software with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll. Knowledge of workforce scheduling rules, shift patterns, overtime calculations, and labor regulations. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Ability to create functional specifications and work with technical development teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
