• CSA – Certified System Administrator

CIS ‑ HR – Certified Implementation Specialist

• HRSD
• CAD – Application Developer (optional but valuable)

Job Requirements

ServiceNow HRSD Developer with expertise in end ‑ to ‑ end HR Service Delivery implementation , HR Case Management, Employee Center, integrations with SuccessFactors/Workday, and platform customization using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and best practices. Skilled in requirement gathering, process optimization, and delivering scalable HR workflows to enhance employee experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, etc
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation.
• Solid understanding of:
• JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side)
• Flow Designer
• Scheduled Jobs, Scripted REST APIs
• Scoped Applications </p
