Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and support. Expertise in Core HCM and Workday business process configuration.
Experience with: Organizations and Staffing Models Security Configuration Business Process Framework Calculated Fields Custom Reports and Dashboards EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Workday Studio (preferred) Knowledge of Workday integrations and data migration activities. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data-related issues.
Qualifications
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
