Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Process benefits enrollment and updates within defined timelines
• Manage employee life events and eligibility changes in HR systems
• Validate and support payroll deductions and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with benefits vendors for routine queries and file updates
• Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
• Handle employee queries related to benefits programs and policies
• HRIS Analyst — Benefits

Oracle Fusion Benefits module

• programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles
• Life events configuration (scheduled, unrestricted, administrative) and processing
• Rates and coverages, variable rate/coverage profiles
• Open Enrollment setup, testing, and processing
• Benefits fast formulas (eligibility, rate, coverage derivation)
• Benefit carrier/vendor integrations and extracts (HCM Extracts for benefit files)
• Dependent/beneficiary designation rules, certifications, and action items
• Reconciliation of deductions to payroll element entries
• ACA/regulatory reporting awareness (US context)
• Self-service enrollment testing and communication
