Job description

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Lead/Manager in a complex enterprise
• environment. Experience in Mining companies with AHS projects is preferred
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional

Project Management

• methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in agile tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Azure DevOps) and project
• management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
• clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or PRINCE2) are highly
• desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, S/W Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery roles. Certifications such
• as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.</p
