Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills COBOL, DB2, VSAM, Batch, Reporting Exposure of C#, VB.net Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle L2/L3 production support tickets and incidents
• Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within SLAs
• Execute standard operating procedures and runbooks
• Support batch monitoring and job abends
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles
• Incident management, communication and engagement with other Business and technical teams
• DB2 data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to workforce management, time reporting, overtime equalization Salary Range: $110,000- $125,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.

Qualifications

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
