Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Search (vector & semantic), Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Vector databases & ANN indexing (Azure Cognitive Search vector index; FAISS/Milvus/Weaviate experience).

RAG building blocks

• chunking strategies, hybrid search, multimodal retrieval, rerankers.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Application Insights/Azure Monitor.

Security & networking

• Key Vault, Managed Identity, Private Link, VNET, RBAC; cost optimization.

Expertise on copilot studio multiagent Good-to-Have

• Experience with LangChain/Semantic Kernel and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Knowledge of layout-aware ML (LayoutLM/DocAI), table extraction, and image embeddings (CLIP/BLIP).
• Domain experience in financial services/payments and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on with Python, PySpark, and Databricks for preprocessing and analytics.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Studio and third-party integrations (Cohere/Bedrock/Vertex). </p
