Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) Implement Apex classes, triggers, and integrations Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, and validation rules Vlocity / OmniStudio Development
• Design and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions
• Work with OmniStudio tools : OmniScripts Integration Procedures DataRaptors FlexCards
• Configure industry-specific solutions (Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.) Integration & APIs Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work with middleware and third-party integrations
• Ensure secure and efficient data exchange Performance & Optimization Optimize LWC performance and improve user experience Debug and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce applications
• Ensure code quality using best practices and design patterns Collaboration
• Work with business stakeholders and functional teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver sprint tasks
• Provide technical guidance and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Salesforce Skills Strong experience in Salesforce development Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework Vlocity / OmniStudio Skills Hands-on experience with Vlocity (OmniStudio)

Experience in: OmniScripts DataRaptors Integration Procedures FlexCards Integration & Tools Experience with REST/SOAP APIs Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git) Experience with Salesforce DX (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio/Vlocity certifications) Experience in Salesforce Industries (Telecom, Insurance, etc.) Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for LWC development) </div
