Key responsibilities

• Build AI tools for JIRA/Confluence/ Spec Driven analysis and technical documentation.
• Automate code/search workflows across COBOL, batch, Java, and SQL artifacts.
• Implement safety guardrails for environment-sensitive operations.
• Support release quality via CI/CD-aligned checks and traceability.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong COBOL, Java, SQL and Python + LLM/prompt engineering experience.
• Experience in AI automation for enterprise engineering workflows.
• Solid SQL Server and software delivery knowledge.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration. </p
