Role:RTR - Associate Manager Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 7 years to 10 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills:

• 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
• Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
• Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Interaction with the client - Governance calls
• SLA adherence
• Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Good to Have

• Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance Sheet, Month close & recons, tech, tools
• 3 Yrs team handling
• Excellent communication skills
• MS office proficiency Job Responsibility
