Job description

The SAP Hybris Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris) solutions. The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable e-commerce platforms and digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for e-commerce and digital commerce solutions. Design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions based on business needs.

Develop and customize

Product Catalog Management Customer Management Order Management Pricing & Promotions Checkout and Payment Integrations Search and Navigation Configure and maintain: Backoffice SmartEdit CMS Cockpit Product Cockpit Customer Support Modules Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with: SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP SAP CRM SAP CPI/PI/PO Third-party applications and payment gateways Develop APIs and web services using REST/SOAP. Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.

Participate in system testing, integration testing, and UAT activities. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance.
