Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support .
Expertise in: Order Management Shipping & Transportation Billing Pricing & Rebates Output Determination Credit Management Returns Processing Intercompany Sales Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience with integration between SAP SD and: MM FI PP WM/EWM TM Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), conducting testing, and supporting developments. Strong understanding of master data management (Customer, Material, Pricing). Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
