Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Define platform strategy, governance, and best practices across ServiceNow modules. Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow architectures, integrations, and workflows. Provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
